Terms of Service

Welcome to Geoland, Technology Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, geolandtechsolutions.com, and the automation and AI consulting services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Geoland, Technology Solutions provides custom automation development, AI agent integration (using tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT), and workflow orchestration via platforms like n8n.io, Make.com, and ElevenLabs. The specific deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful automation, the Client agrees to:
Provide necessary access to third-party accounts (APIs, CRM, etc.) required for workflow creation.
Ensure that all data provided for automation is legally obtained and does not violate third-party rights.
Maintain the security of their own credentials and API keys.
3. Third-Party Services
Our workflows rely on third-party providers (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, Google, Make, ElevenLabs).
Dependency: You acknowledge that the continued operation of any automation is dependent on the uptime and API stability of these third parties.
Costs: Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions and usage costs for these third-party platforms.
Changes: We are not responsible if a third-party provider changes their API or pricing in a way that affects the established workflow.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the services provided—including but not limited to custom scripts (Python, JavaScript), workflow logic, AI agent configurations, proprietary templates, and any software developed by Geoland, Technology Solutions—remain the sole and exclusive property of Geoland, Technology Solutions. This agreement does not constitute a "work-for-hire" arrangement. Our proprietary methods, "know-how," and code used to automate tasks are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Service Availability & Maintenance
Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Geoland Technology Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Since our platform is hosted via a third party cloud provider, maintenance or outages at the data center level may affect service availability.
Backups: We perform regular backups of our system configurations; however, the Client is encouraged to maintain independent records of any mission-critical data processed through our workflows. We are not an archival service and are not liable for data loss due to server-side hardware failure.
6. Usage License
Subject to the terms of your subscription or service agreement, Geoland, Technology Solutions grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the automated workflows for their internal business operations.
Restrictions: The Client may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our workflows.
Sublicensing: The Client may not resell or sublicense the automation services to third parties without express written consent from Geoland, Technology Solutions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Geoland, Technology Solutions aims for 100% accuracy in automation. However:
We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses caused by third-party API failures.
We are not responsible for "hallucinations" or inaccuracies produced by AI models (such as ChatGPT or Gemini) integrated into the workflows.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary business information, technical configurations, and trade secrets confidential during and after the engagement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Geoland, Technology Solutions is registered.
